San Francisco — Friday, February 5th, 2021 — There hasn’t been guitar playing like this since the 60s, which is what this collection of songs evokes. His song “Battle of the Bands” reminds us of what the 60s were all about.
Anyone that feels that Rock ‘n’ Roll is in retrograde should take a good listen to these eleven songs and then make up their mind. Music lovers can now find this album by Norman Collins & The Tumblers on Spotify, iTunes, CD Baby, Amazon Music, and on other platforms.
“Battle of the Bands” asks the question to the young, determined musician: “Can you make a living at this, son?” And as Collins states in his song, “Then the world seemed to turn on the new music scene.”
Included are fun rhythms and catchy beats for the young at heart.
Nostalgia rules the hearts of the people. Music that can have the listener travel back in time is coveted. Nobody would know this better than Norman Collins & The Tumblers.
Rise up all ye that seek fun in music.
