George Katsos is an adult contemporary musician from Alexandria, Virginia. In the 1980s, George attended the last night jam at the famous Cambridge Music Complex outside Boston the night before it was demolished. Local performers and members of groups such as Boston, Aerosmith, The Cars, and The J. Geils Band at times practiced there. The intrigue piqued George’s interest in becoming a live club performer. In 1988 his band was selected for regional college level exposure by MTV. A few years later his composition “Johnny Save The World” was a 7-inch vinyl record distributed nationally to college radio and highlighted by Billboard Magazine’s Larry Flick as ’Critic’s Choice of the Week’ reviewed along with Radiohead, Stone Temple Pilots, Jewel, and Led Zeppelin. Efforts that followed led to his side-B composition “Commitment” turning into a video shown nationally on the Fox Cable Network. George still records original music and makes rare appearances as a solo acoustic artist in the Washington DC area.

Alternative singer-songwriter Sofia Sampaio has released her debut EP, Everything Is Ok , available now on all major streaming platforms. Written between ages 19 and 21, the six-song project traces a true coming-of-age arc—pairing Sampaio’s Brazilian roots with the emotional grit of ’90s rock, intimate lyricism, and modern indie edge.

Opening track “everything is ok” sets the tone with field recordings from the London Underground , a sonic postcard from Sampaio’s year living abroad at 18. Across the EP, she navigates anxiety, gratitude, and self-growth (“everything is ok”); the frayed edges of past relationships ( “soma” ); a right-person-wrong-time confession ( “somebody else” ); the dizzy fun and fallout of crushes ( “Better Off Bored” ); the ache of unrequited love ( “Invisible” ); and the bittersweet reset of moving home ( “say it again” ). “These songs share a unique feeling of coming of age as they reflect how I’ve dealt with growing up and coming into my own,” Sampaio says.

Born in Brazil and raised in Texas, Sampaio began writing at seven, taught herself guitar at 17, and refined her craft at London’s Institute of Contemporary Music Performance. Dallas, GA – Zach Stich is thrilled to announce the release of his new album, “Till They Put Me In The Ground,” set to launch on November 14th. Produced by Charles Gilbert and recorded at the legendary Capricorn Studios, this album promises to deliver a unique blend of humor, heart, and the incisive storytelling that Zach is known for.

This project holds special significance for Zach, as it features contributions from his family. His brother played bass on several tracks, he played a guitar passed down to him by his great great-aunt Ann, and his niece, Mary Evelyn, lent her voice to background vocals. “Family means a lot to me. With my guitar, my brother, and my niece there are four generations of my family touching this album. I was really honored to have my family be such a big part of this project,” Zach shares.

Zach hopes that his music will evoke a range of emotions in listeners. “I want people to be happy when they hear some of my songs and to be sad when they hear other ones,” he explains. “Hopefully, the emotions they feel will match the ones I intended.” He says with the wry wit he’s known for.
