Indiana Proves That It Can Do Spicy Blues Rock Just As Good As Down South

Clarksville, Indiana of America – July 17th, 2014 – Wayne Young & the Midwest Creole Ensemble might hail from Indiana, but that hasn’t stopped the band from getting the essence of Southern charm down pat.
The band comprises of more than ten members, all jamming together to create a sound that fans call “fun” and critics describe as “a snappy good time — if you’re a fan of that Louisiana flare and the Bourbon Street blues, check out Wayne Young &the Midwest Creole Ensemble right now.”
The band has been touring extensively of late, doing shows from New York all the way West to Yosemite, California. Currently they can be found in Kentucky and surrounding states, where they are promoting their CD.
The ensemble’s previous album, “Fergie” A Tribute to Steve Ferguson, was released in 2013 and is available from Amazon, CDBaby and iTunes. The album is a collection of the late Ferguson’s (of NRBQ fame) best rock and blues songs.
Wayne Young & the Midwest Creole Ensemble on a new album, which is scheduled for release in Fall 2014. Young himself has worked in many bands over the years, including Soul, Inc, and also works as a producer with his company, Wayne Young Ventures, LLC.
