New Progressive Rock Album
Milford, Connecticut – January 20, 2017 – Writing and recording at home in a soundproof living room, Kevin Carroll used just the basics and help from his pal Joey Conception to record his debut, solo album The New You.
Growing up with a love for every band Dave Grohl played a hand in, Kevin Carroll was a rocker from the start. His time as a fan quickly transformed into something more as he started playing in hardcore bands as a teenager. As he got older he dabbled in other genres like jazz, but soon enough was a solo artist embracing his rock side once more. He then knew it was time to set out and release some music on his own.
The New You features 11 high energy rock tracks fans of ‘90s powerhouses like Smashing Pumpkins and Nirvana would want in their music collection. Songs like “A Picture Perfect Jealousy Issue” and “The Higher” really set the bar and drive home the exact core of who Kevin Carroll is as an artist.
