Lubbock/Houston — October 31, 2018 — Shawn “Tha Prince” Kelly is a Houston native singer/songwriter, lyrical rap artist, and record producer. Shawn has always had a passion for songwriting that grew over the years. Lil Wayne has always been someone Shawn looked up to when it came to music and after friends were amazed at how accurate his lyrical portrayal was of the superstar he figured he had a knack for writing.
Shawn decided to take his passion to the next level and purchased real studio equipment so that he could work from home on writing, recording and mixing his own music. “Tha Prince”, has done several feature tracks with a local artist as well as live performances, the latest of which was opening for a famous rapper, Young Dolph.
