Forger Release ‘Are You Liberated Yet’

New Album Out May 27, 2017

Strasbourg, France – May 22, 2017 – Rock, like most genres, is always evolving. Forger knows that, appreciates that and plays off of that. One of the emerging rock bands in Europe, Forger has taken a little of the old, spun it with the new and delivered a great rock atmosphere on their latest album, Are You Liberated Yet.

The men of Forger came together in the spring of 2015 thanks to Victor Ahlberg. All fans of various styles of rock, they let that fuel their own sound rather than mute it. Together they hit the studio and worked harder than ever to push out more in 18 months than most of their peers could do in three times the amount of time. Two albums and several singles later they are ready for their latest release, Are You Liberated Yet. A rock record for fans of everyone from Bush and Candlebox.

Forger’s debut only hit the shelves in September 2015. Not too long after its release, Victor replaced Leon Sigurdsson as the frontman of the band, and it was then that the band had to move on and forward. The changeup really didn’t alter their plans. They soon got to work on another album and soon enough Are Your Liberated Yet came about. Pieced together by powerful tracks like “I’ve Been Angry” and “Going Down to Your House.”
