Emerald Serwaah Boateng Bekoe, known by her artistic identity Eme B, is a US-based Ghanaian gospel musician hailing from Koforidua, Ghana. At the young age of 5, Eme B discovered her ability to sing and write songs, trying out her hand in church whenever she had the opportunity. Having been raised by her grandmother until she was 9 years old, Eme B came to the United States to live with her father, Pastor Jerry Boateng. Upon arrival, she immediately joined her local church choir and quickly began to lead the praise and worship team.
The eclectic artist graduated from her high school in 2019 and moved on to join the United States Army in 2020. After returning home, the artist enrolled in Purdue Global University to pursue her associate degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Networking. Currently, Eme B is pursuing her bachelor’s degree, alongside her music ministry.
Cultivating a deeply personal relationship with God, Eme B debuted with the single, “Who am I,” which was unveiled for audiences in 2022.
