When it comes to the truth, Rossetti Stone is all about it. He admits wholeheartedly that when he started rhyming at the tender age of 14, he wasn't anything to write home about but it was his determination and attention to detail that kept him going. In pursuit of making his dreams a reality, he continued to work on his craft in the confines of his bedroom. By the time he was old enough to vote he started to take things to the next level, and since 2012 the emcee from Kalamazoo has dropped almost a dozen records, including his upcoming March 2019 releaseGrove Street Confessions.

While he'll forever rep and have love for Kalamazoo where he got his start, the reality is that Rossetti Stone moved around a lot. From there to Detroit to currently taking over the Big Easy, he's all about getting his music out there and heard. He's created over 500 songs since his teens and has performed dozens of local shows. If he's got an address in town, he is more than likely going to find a stage to do his thing on. Which is never an issue because fans have flocked towards the universal themes of his music. From the ins and outs of love to running towards one's dreams, it's all good in his Rossetti Stone's audible hood.

So good in fact that in one month Rossetti Stone's Soundcloud was able to lock in 100,000 plays. Quite the achievement for an emerging indie artist. But it's not surprising given Rossetti Stone's music is just that good. Many fans caught feels listening to his personal favorite, "Long Fall." A tribute to the late, great Mac Miller, it's a testament to not only his own admiration for his peer but a look at a life lost too soon. Another sad note comes from "Restless Nights." Inspired by a cousin who'd passed, it was the first song Rossetti Stone ever did and continues to hold a special place in his heart and catalog to him and many around the world who hit up his page on the regular.

The emcee notes of his sound that's ultimately inspired by Mac Miller's flows and Biggies nonchalant attitude towards the world, "I make music to fill the void I don't hear in the music today. The versatile way I approach music makes me unique. I pull from all aspects and don't care what the masses think. I make music I want to hear. Which may sound selfish but I do this for me and my happiness, and If I can help others that can relate then great."

Making music since 2012, Rossetti Stone plans on making 2019 his year with the release of Grove Street Confessionsin March.
