Y-Pooh is an up-and-coming Independent Hiphop artist raised in Rockford Illinois.  He started rapping at the young age of 13. His childhood was wild and at times very complex. Y-Pooh's source of lyrics come from his life obstacles. Within his music you can expect truth, struggle, relatable situations and good vibes! He is a jack of all trades, but music is his first love.
Y-Pooh has switched up his flow from projects in his earlier years. Currently he has new singles Ran it Up, Downfall, Work, Expensive which have been building quite a buzz, and Da Man being the lastest released. His lyrics are personal and turns heat into fire! As he is consistently  perfecting his craft, Y-Pooh's pen and paper is to him what others might consider a life line.
Y-Pooh is always seeking creative avenues to gain new and connect with current fans giving them the authenticity of the streets and life in general through lyrics and visuals. His hustler's mentality has landed him on billboards in Atlanta, Milwaukee and several radio stations. He has performed at several clubs, mixtape/album release parties and events . He recently opened for rapper Yung Bleu in Wisconsin and one of the opening acts for Lil Boosie at the Summer Explosion Benefit Concert in his home town. Always creating new content and blazing stages, Y-Pooh delivers everytime!
