Motty B

Motty B is an Irish Electronic musician, songwriter, producer and DJ formed by Tommy McBride in 2018. He (Motty B) embarked on the scene in early March of this year with his debut release "Too Much Complication" ft acclaimed singer Julia Ross formerly of Everlife. The track was written and produced by McBride.

McBride spent his early years drumming in a band and in that time taught himself how to play guitar and bass. He developed a love of synthesizers listening to acts such as Erasure, Yazoo, Depeche Mode, The Human League, Eurythmics and New Order whilst in the band. In his later years after parting company with bandmates, McBride's love of synthesizers grew even deeper when he started listening to modern acts such as Clean Bandit, Sigala, Kygo and many more combined with a particular admiration for English synth pop pioneer musician Vince Clarke.

He likes to marry the modern electronic sound with a blend of an 80's and 90's feel to it.
