S. Tears

Lakie Stratton (born May, 11th 1986), better known by his stage name S. Tears,  is an American Rapper, singer, songwriter & comedian from Albany NY. He started out rapping in school cafeterias during the breakfast & lunch periods.

S. Tears also write poetry as well until he was asked to be featured on one his cousin Knowlege's track. It was his very 1st time in a recording studio as well as recording a trac . After that night he decided to pursue a rap career and put out his very first mixtape "Breaking The Gates Of Hell" in 2003 goin by the name Shordy 6ixx.

In 2005 he released his first Underground album "Ready 4 Warfare" & then released his 2nd album "Mind Ova Matter" the following year under the name Shordy Tears. After the last release, Tears took a few years away from music to work fulltime and went to college part time.

S. Tears returned to music in 2013 releasing a new track here and there but in 2019 he became fully active in music and started releasing brand new songs on every streaming music platforms. He also is finishing his 1st project in over 10 years.

The new project will be a 6 track EP "Before I Make A Move" which will be released September 4th 2020 and after he will be releasing his 3rd album "Make Moves, Not Excuses" early 202 .
