"Who but Slime? I throw high fives, and you tell lies/and I'm gone shine/I'm the truth you can see it my eyes." —Slimeaveli
It’s been four years since one of Chicago’s more buzz-worthy up-and-coming acts Slimeaveli — formally P Dibiase — dropped his 20-song debut mixtape, Steve Jobs. After acclaimed performances at major music festivals such as Atlanta's highly esteemed A3C, and the annual SXSW, as well as performances throughout the US, he took a brief hiatus before launching his Slimeaveli mixtape series, re-inventing his brand and officially changing his name.
Following the success of 2017's Slimeaveli 2: Go Blow Yo Nose Shorty, which included the piano-driven banger "Threw In The Towel," Slimeaveli has officially announced his debut studio EP The Slimiest, which dropped on all platforms on March 28, 2018.
Let off by the Derrick Soundz produced single "Who But Me," as well as the previously released track "On God" and last month's G-Money Baby produced soulful single/visual "Tabernacle;" both of which have been gaining traction. The 13-song effort is his most powerful to date.
