MUSIC-MAN

Sheldon Maxwell, a.k.a Music-Man, started dancing at the age of 5yrs old and didn’t stop. Sheldon has showcased his talent ever since. He started with dancing and using his showmanship abilities; first by doing some talent shows and background dancing for some major music artists in Jamaica. He also performed at some competition shows as well, gaining local fame. After moving to New Jersey, Sheldon started singing in talent shows everywhere and won a few of them as he took first place with his skills and showmanship. While in high school he developed into a full professional act and became a very talented and known entertainment artist.

Sheldon started Music-Man gathering talented musicians to work with him. Band members Jamal Key, Tornado Sound, and DeaKon added their musical talents to create amazing sounds. The band has released three albums, “SYSTEM OVERLOAD”, “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN”(Mixtape vols. 1-3), and “NEW WORLD ORDER SOUND”(Mixtape). Three songs that Music-Man feels have had the most impact on fans are “Danger,” “Give”, and “Ha-Ha-Ha.” The songs are united by the common themes of truth, God, unity, and love.

Music-Man has had notable performances with Wayne Wonder, Busta-Rhymes, Ne-Yo, Faboulos, and Tre-Songs. Sheldon has performed at Webster Hall and Beacon Theatre. Music-Man has won multiple Platinum & Gold Plaques from Reverbnation and Akademia as well as a Sony Music Award. Music-Man cites Michael Jackson and Dennis Brown as his top musical influences. He admires their musical and performing styles.

Sheldon has help started a well known group called TEAM EMBASSADOR which brought different cultures together for the next generation and he has production on YOUTUBE/MAX41414. His plans for the future is to bring more culture and unity through music. He wants to help other artists in reaching this goal as well. Music-Man is currently with a new and amazing record label called Shellkeyz Entertainment. He’s also a member of EMI/LightYear Entertainment as an official producer and A.R.
