About

Straight out of black gospel music, Roger began his professional career at the age of 16 by touring with the Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder and Dorothy Norwood on the Rolling Stone’s 1972 ‘STP’ U.S. tour. He has extensive experience, and is an accomplished keyboardist and performer in multiple genres. His adept soul-felt keyboard ability is due in part to growing up on Black Gospel, R&B, Soul & POP during the 70’s and 80’s and has been in high demand as a professional studio musician and Hammond B3 player & keyboardist for many years. You will not find a more soulful, funky, heart-felt distinctive sounding keyboardist with such a unique musical backdrop to his career, clearly a product of his environment. A true professional with huge musical ears & passion. He is also an independent producer, former Hammond Organ rep, and has written music articles for several trade magazine’s.
