Mpho Ludidi

Mpho Ludidi is an Afro-Soul Singer-Songwriter from South Africa and now resides in Sweden since the year 2014.

His music reflects the Xhosa and Zulu folk music with extracts from Blues, Afro-Jazz, Gospel and Soul music.

In the year 2018, he was nominated at The Independent Music Awards for the song category, R&B/Soul with his song, Ithemba from the Maxi-single, Mpho Ludidi & Unit, Ithemba.

In the year 2017, Mpho Ludidi has been doing school tours, concerts in Blekinge land and was also featured to do a live performance at the opening of the Bok och Hav literature festival in Karlskrona with the Jazz/World Music Duo, Unit.

His music has come so far as from South African festivals like Feast of The Clowns to the 2014 Stockholm Jazz Festival in the Madiba Jazz Ensemble and also appearing as a guest artist and judge at Musik Direkt (Blekinge) 2015.
