Paul Harris: Stage Name “Lua Proc” is an American Hip-Hop Recording Artist/Producer and CEO based out of Pittsburgh, PA. The multi-talented Emcee recently collaborated with fellow Hip-Hop artist Kevin Gates for a song entitled “Work” which received major play on MTV.com and was a fan favorite. Lua Proc is not only putting it down in the studio but he’s also holding it down on the stage, to date he’s opened up shows for major artists from Nicki Minaj to Rick Ross.
