King Jase

King Jase otherwise known as Jason Scott was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and raised in Van Buren, Arkansas.

King Jase was born February 02, 1995 at 09:11 a.m. to April Jeffcoat (mother) and Jason Scott (father). Neither biological parents were in his life until adulthood, and even after his father was rarely there. Being raised by his great grandmother, Virginia Jeffcoat, she ensured King Jase followed a correct path, and not crooked one; And she really tried her hardest to ensure this happened. King Jase took it upon himself to go get into trouble as a teenager, having caught 16 felonies in one night and over 36 felonies and 86 misdemeanors as a teen. As an adult, King Jase began pursuing his music career once again, and stopped getting in trouble.
He is currently self-managed, and is signed to Interscope Records as of October 3, 2021.

King Jase has a 7 album (EP's, LP's, and Singles) discography for 2021, and a lengthy discography for 2022, starting the year off with his album 'King Of Everything', set to release on all platforms January 01, 2022.
King Jase has been making music since the age of 14, when his great-grandmother, Virginia, bought him a lifetime license to Fruity Loops Studio (FL Studio) - Producer's Edition w/ Lifetime Updates & Upgrades. King Jase was making music using his DAW at the age of 14-15 and was uploading regularly to YouTube under the persona 'Yung Love'. After a year of mixing and mastering tracks that still sounded horrible after he was finished; King Jase decided to leave his pursuance in music for the time being to focus on schooling, and becoming an adult.
After 10 years of not making music and finally at the age of 26, King Jase jumped back onto the music scene. This time, King Jase was under the persona 'Frecklz' and released his single 'Isolate' which went viral in 12 hours ultimately getting him recognized by the music suits from all over the country. King Jase began negotiations with Money Nation Management, and ultimately landed a distribution deal through The Orchard - A Sony Music Group, as well as a 2 year contract with Sony Music Group. It was this moment in his music career that he changed his stage name to 'King Jase', because it carried more appeal to it than the name 'Frecklz'.

After his manager failed to fulfill their end of the contract that was agreed upon, King Jase ultimately fired them, got out of his contract with Sony, and as of September 27, 2021, King Jase is now self-managed and is in current negotiations with Interscope Records
