Nami & Di Crew was formed by acclaimed 2x GRAMMY AWARD WINNER producer/songwriter Nami Harmon. After years of producing and managing artists like reggae superstar Shabba Ranks; he was encouraged to contact a group of his journeymen friends who were motivated to work on a new project to present a fresh look at the Reggae genre. It’s a rare occasion, to blend a melting pot of talented musicians with varying backgrounds of Reggae, Jazz, R&B, & Soca Riddims. Though they are all reggae lovers and worked with the very best in that genre; their interpretations have ushered a delightful sound while maintaining a roots rock pulse. Some of the artists the members of Nami & Di Crew worked with is actually a who is who list- Cat Coore (Third World), Shabba Ranks, Hugh Maddo, Richie Stephen to name a few. With 3 Albums under his belt this 2x Grammy Winner producer is ontop of his Game. There is a special chemistry among the group and the excitement generated at rehearsals is positive and infectious.
