Emmanuel Aikins (born April 5, 1995), known professionally as Unruly Grank aka Soft Metal (earlier Gully Grank), is a dancehall singer and songwriter from Cape Coast, Ghana.

Name change, from Gully Grank to Unruly Grank:

Jamaican Dancehall super star POPCAAN paid a visit in January 2020 to the Cape Coast castle for the year of return. After his tour at the Cape Coast castle, central region best dancehall artist for 2018 CMA Gully Grank made a great move by showing his talent to the Unruly Boss POPCAAN. POPCAAN was very amazed and happy about the freestyle by Gully Grank he made it known to him that he will surely get back to him when he gets to Jamaica. After a week tastenewsgh.com spotted a post by Gully Grank that proves that the Unruly Boss has finally gotten back to him with a surprise by giving him a new name Unruly Grank which sought to amaze all his fans. The Unruly boss makes it known to his new son Unruly Grank that he will be staging a big concert in Cape Coast this year so he should watch out for link ups.

His career:

In 2016, he fell in love with Jamaican dancehall music and he taught himself to speak "patois". He tried to merge the dancehall genre, incorporating the "patois"  together with the freestyling that he was already doing for years, and in that way to create his own, unique style that couldn't be compared to anyone elses.  He is very much into street fashion and has his own unique style and ways how he brands himself and his music.

His first song was "Bubble Up" and since then he has written many other songs to show especially his passion for freestyle. However, in 2018 he got his first breakthrough with his song: "Jah Know". He won best Dancehall song of the year at the Central Music Award 2018 with the song: "Jah Know" after being nominated in the category "New artist of the year".

His recent songs really shows his true talent and passion for the dancehall genre: "Jah Know" (2018), "Pull Up" (2020) and "Games" (2020).

Unruly Grank has collaborated with several artists during the years, most notably TallyBo, Wages Rap, Kojo Vyper and Neujay.  He has featured in the songs "The way of a Gangsta" in July 2018 and "Undertaker" in February 2020 by TallyBo, where Unruly Grank dropped the hook in dancehall. Also he has featured in the song "3Bombs" by Wages Rap in May 2019 and in "No noise" by Neujay in 2019.

His popularity is constantly rising to new levels and he has been contacted several times by TV and bloggers to give interviews, for instance a live streaming interview for Lovers TV with Nana Prince and TasteNewsGH.com with Qwamina Akyemfo, just to mention a few.
