DAREK

Darek is a Chilean - Spanish singer-songwriter and composer with 20 years of experience in music. He grew up in England, Israel, and Spain, where he developed his musical talent, joining his school choir at the age of 9 in London. He also learned to play the piano and compose music early on. Raised in a family that highly valued culture and the arts, Darek and his siblings were exposed to a variety of global cultures and experiences.

Over the years, Darek was part of five bands, including one in Brazil. He made his solo debut in 2009 with his album

Soy de Aquellos, released in Mexico and the United States. The album featured original songs by Darek, and the hit "Dime" propelled him to stardom. At a time when social media had not yet become widespread, the success of "Dime" led to a memorable performance at Mexico City's Zócalo, where he performed in front of a million people.

Darek has released five studio albums, seven musical collaborations, and has been involved in two short films. Some of his most popular songs include "Dime," "Dame Más,"

"Vuelvo a Creer," and "Tu Vives en Mí." In Spain, he gained further recognition with the hit "Por Qué Te Vas" on the radio station 40 Principales.

His parents were strong advocates of culture and the arts, and played an important role in

Darek and his siblings' lives by exposing them to the world, different cultures, and the diverse flavors of each continent.

After being part of five bands, including one in

Darek is preparing for his 2025 tour across Latin America and Spain.

Darek ha estado inmerso en la industria musical desde niño, desde los 10 años,

Como solista su álbum debut como solista fue “Soy de Aquellos”,

con el cual conquistó el mercado mexicano y centroamericano, con la pegadiza canción DIME, también tuvo gran éxito con los sencillos SOY DE AQUELLOS, MEDICINA y MI ORGULLO.

Su segundo disco fue "DAME MAS",

con el que llegó a ser considerado por los más grandes DJ's en el evento internacional del festival estadounidense "ULTRA MIAMI".

Su 3er disco se tituló "Tu vives en mi"

donde destacó el sencillo del mismo disco, y la portada "Por qué te vas" fue destacada en los 40 principales España.

Su cuarto álbum "Sobreviviente"

incluye el sencillo "Vuelvo a creer" de la telenovela Corazón, que rápidamente se convirtió en uno de los principales éxitos en México y Puerto Rico.

Sus padrinos musicales son el cantante Carlos Baute y la actriz Gabriela Spanic-Ganadora del Premio Fycit en México, además de múltiples premios en Argentina, México, Miami, Guatemala, España y Brasil.
