Originally from Evergreen, Alabama, Cee Ruff is a Union County, NJ artist who came of age in what is known as the ‘ Golden Era’ of Hip Hop. As passionate as he is about creating music, he still considers himself a fan first, who can appreciate the work others without being consumed by the competitive nature of the game.
