Bradley Allan, born in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada in 1984. Multi talented musician, writer producer. With a passion for music that spawned at a early age Bradley had a fascination for sound. This love affair with music started at 12 years of age and by 13 he picked up a guitar and found it easy to entertain his friends and family with his outgoing personality. He has always been one to insert his quick witted 2 cents and deliver humor in every situation infront of him. His first ever L.P was a local musician Uncle Smokeys campfire songs and first cassette was Helix self titled. He will never forget how excited he was to listen to Meatloafs record bat out of hell as he thought by the album cover it had to be super heavy and awesome but when he spun the record he was shocked and disappointed and thus began his exploration into metal. Blues based metal being his most influential genre he slowly started shaping his own sounds by listening to bands like Black Sabbath, Primus, Anthrax, Slayer, Rage against the machine, Judas Priest, Fear, Dead Kennedys and many more which really all have become evident in his style. But he didn't only stop at guitar, his self motivated determination to become a vocalist and write songs that matched album covers started him down his musical journey. Life throws curve balls at all of us and Bradley had given life to his Son Zach at age 18 and began to change his outlook on life and putting his dreams aside he started raising his child. He worked at the biggest night club in Winnipeg at the time the Tijuana Yacht Club as a busses and barback and eventually bartending. 2 years after Zach he had 2 more children twin daughters Amy and Hailey and now was for sure leaving his music on the shelf to be a responsible father. Shortly after the birth of his twin daughters he split with their mother and would end up getting full custody of his children in the following years and raise them in a rural Manitoba home he purchased as he became a Licensed red seal Diesel Mechanic. He went west to Alberta to make the max amount of money he could in the trade and worked in the oil sands for the better part of 10 years. In this time he found love with a new woman Charity and they would have another child named Zoey born in 2012. Bradley spent his time working and being a father and adored his little daughter Zoey. Until the tragedy that ripped apart his family community and himself Zoey and Bradley were in a Atv accident thag took Zoeys life and changed Bradleys world forever. Struggling to find purpose or to find and navigate his way through this awful tragedy was difficult to say the least. Zoeys mom and him split and depression set in. As the family was devastated and slowly broke apart tbe remaining children grew up and left their home to find their way Bradley found himself in a empty nest at 37 years of age . Bradley didn't even listen to any music following the death of his daughter as the emotions that eminate from sounds were felt too deeply it would make him upset. This was almost a 15 year hiatus from music and the days when Bradley gave his dreams a chance and in Feb 2022 Bradley got back into his passion looking for something to help cope with his depression and loss and use as an escape from the nightmare he would now face for the rest of his life. He bought a Zoom R24 from Long and McQuade on Pembina highway in Winnipeg and dusted off his Japenese made Jackson professional series with Floyd Rose Bridge and locking nut and got to work. Making songs at first just for friends for a laugh he soon realized that thus was easier then he thought to be able to produce music. He then began learning drums and picking up the bass guitar to complete his own music and Shortly it became a solo project. First song he ever released was under the Alias Tasty B a long ago childhood given nickname the song called "Called Worse by better" which was a rock tune. And he would release an album under thia Alias and distribute through distrokid. But the metal was still strong with his love of music and Charlie's Demise was born. His friend Jamaican Dave who is a drummer with a peculiar style would cameo in 1 or 2 songs but other than that they were solely all done on his own. That year he released 2 albums from Tasty B and 4 from Charlie's Demise and by 2023 Bradley was learning how to become a much better and well rounded musician. Building a extensive library of content and exploring with other musicians in jams and being active on bandlab he slowly was picking up all the things he needed to to produce some magic in the future. He has been sitting and learning to come out with and produce his best work yet and is unsure who or how or what he will do to release the content in his archives. As the skill level improves with every passing day the quality and ability tighten up and are just waiting to explode on the scene. No matter what happens in life he is determined to at least leave a mark in the music world and contribute to the pool of talent that exists on this earth. Charismatic and balls to the wall this musician has loved , lost , and lived and has alot to say and share with the world and his struggles are a testimony to his now humble character. Love him or hate him there is no in-between and you can for sure expect to see more from this musician yet and whatever it is or wherever it goes at least he knows he gave it aa shot ! A true ambassador for mental health and a seasoned vet in the battle of life be sure to keep your eye on this true underdog of a musician because his best is yet to come.
