Brotha Yannick

I was born and raised in Central California. ( Santa Maria ) I started playing guitar in 5th grade. I took guitar lessons for many years and started to learn piano in 11th grade. After High-school I started making beats using Garage Band on my MacBook and quickly transferred to Logic Pro X so that I could learn as much about MIDI as possible. I used the skills I gained from learning piano and transferred it to my beat making. I put out my first mixtape in 2009 and quickly got a manager. In 2010 I started working on my second project and was getting looked at by StreetLight Records. I had a meeting with their executive Flossy and their producer Fingazz. Some things happened in life that caused me to go independent so I put out my first Indie Album in 2018. I am affiliated with CdBaby and ASCAP and am currently working on a 3rd album. I have produced 11 instrumentals for this album and have recorded the vocals for 1 song so far. I should be able to finish this album within the next 3-6 months and am interested in parterning or collaborating. I work well with other artists in the past and have produced songs for some of them and my friends as well. Currently I am looking for more opportunities to collaborate and grow my brand.
