Andrea Desmond

Andrea Desmond is an award-winning pop singer/songwriter based in Los Angeles, whose sultry sounds, conscious lyrics, positive attitude and high-energy stage presence radiate pure soul.

Andrea received training in songwriting under the guidance of her cousin Alan Menken, the Oscar-winning composer of such Disney classics as Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin.

Her new EP "Brighter Than The Stars, released August 24, co-written with Natalia Bortolotti (Warner/ Chappell) and produced by SR (Billboard and iTunes #1 hits), is inspired by the sounds of Sia, Ellie Goulding and Adele, among others. She recently co-founded and signed to independent label Love Harmony Records and to management firm Creative Music Agency.Additionally, Andrea has recently had her music licensed by the Discovery Network, which includes prominent partners such as TLC and the Oprah Winfrey Network. It was also licensed by the PBS Series “RoadTrip Nation” and with Magical Elves, which is known for its production of "Top Chef".
Upon the release of "Inner Fire", articles have been written on NBC News, ABC News, Digital Journal, Skope Entertainment, The Fresh Committee Blog, Populove Magazine, Vents Magazine, EDM Sauce, Indie Reviews (featured artist), The Cool Noise (featured artist), Industry Reviewz (featured artist), and Kurrent Music, among many other publications. Andrea is currently recording new material with her producer and continually writing with her team.
