Kenneth J. McEastlanda native of Chicago, Illinois. Kenneth is married to Tryphenia Sykes-McEastland. He is the father of 3 children; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is the President/CEO of McEastland Media Group (Chicago) and Burning Bush Recordings. He just released a new single and video entitled “Everything (Is Gonna Be Alright)”. McEastland is currently employed by Flashpoint College where he works with the recording studio/suites and equipment. He also offers Voiceover training to the students on campus.
Kenneth McEastland has penned many tunes and is known for the tune “God’s Promises Are True”. He received an award “Song of the Year” for his tune “Spirit” in 1980 in Savannah Georgia. Apostle McEastland has recorded numerous albums; “Alive Forever” with the Savannah Community Choir – 1979; He Got Up – 1980; For You Lord – 1984; God’s Promises Are True – 2007; Faith Experience 2013; Secret Love – 2014 (A soundtrack for a stage play); along with various video projects.
