Where can I find the questionnaire?

The questionnaire is the single most important step in your order — your writer can’t start on your press release (or artist bio, or other Done-For-You order) until we have your responses. If you’ve paid but nothing seems to be happening, this is almost always why.

To find it:

1. Go to portal.artistpr.com, enter the email you used to order, and click Send me the link — we’ll email you a one-click sign-in link (no password needed).
2. Once you’re in, you’ll see a list of your Done-For-You orders.
3. Look for the button that says ACTION REQUIRED next to your order, and click it to open the questionnaire.
