Creating new autoresponder or broadcast emails

The fastest way to create a new autoresponder or broadcast email is to clone an existing one and edit the copy.

1. Log into your newsletter app at mail.musicprosite.com.

2. In the left-hand menu, click Campaigns > Autoresponders.

   

3. Choose any email, then scroll right.

   

4. Click the clone icon to duplicate the email.

   

5. Follow the prompt to update your new email. If you’re creating a broadcast email, make sure to change the TYPE from Autoresponder to Regular.

   

6. Edit the email content as you’d like.

   

7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save and next.

   

8. On the next screen, choose when to send your autoresponder or broadcast, then click Save and activate.
