I canceled my subscription before the end of my trial period, but I was still charged.

Your card is charged automatically at the end of your trial period, and then again every billing cycle after that, for as long as your membership is active. If you canceled before your trial ended and were still charged, contact us with your order details and we’ll sort it out.

If you canceled after your trial ended, that charge was for the billing cycle already in progress — you’ll keep full access to your Premium Membership through the end of that cycle.
