My Printful merch store isn't showing up / products aren't syncing

Your Printful account and initial product templates are set up for you automatically as part of your Done-For-You site build (see What’s included with the Done-For-You Site Builder?) — you don’t need to connect anything yourself.

If your merch products aren’t showing up on your site or don’t seem to be syncing, it’s most often because Printful itself requires a shipping and tax setup step to be completed on their end before products go fully live in your store. Give it 24–48 hours after your account is created.

Which newsletter system you use depends on when your site was set up:

Sites registered on or after April 3, 2021 manage newsletters directly from the WordPress backend. Go to Newsletter > Autoresponder and click the email you want to edit. See Mailster’s editor tutorial for a full walkthrough.

Sites registered before April 3, 2021 use a separate newsletter app at mail.musicprosite.com. See:

Add tracking pixel

Log into your website admin panel.
In the left-hand menu, click Tracking Codes.
Choose where you want your tracking code embedded.

Creating new autoresponder or broadcast emails

The fastest way to create a new autoresponder or broadcast email is to clone an existing one and edit the copy.

Log into your newsletter app at mail.musicprosite.com.
In the left-hand menu, click Campaigns > Autoresponders.
Choose any email, then scroll right.
Click the clone icon to duplicate the email.
Follow the prompt to update your new email. If you’re creating a broadcast email, make sure to change the TYPE from Autoresponder to Regular.
Edit the email content as you’d like.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save and next.
On the next screen, choose when to send your autoresponder or broadcast, then click Save and activate.

Duplicating pages

Log into your website admin panel.
Hover over the page you want to duplicate to reveal the menu, then click Clone.
Your cloned page is now ready to edit — follow the steps in Editing pages to update its content.

Update YouTube Video Feed

Login to your website admin Go to pages Click on Home page to edit it Scroll down to the video section Hover over the embed code and click the pencil icon to edit

In the popup window, replace the list id with your new playlist id. Example:

If your YouTube url is https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list= PLD7SPvDoEddYd3OLS9T2ZT4eGc1iTwYG4 , then the playlist id is PLD7SPvDoEddYd3OLS9T2ZT4eGc1iTwYG4
If your YouTube channel url is https://www.youtube.com/channel/ U Cjb7u5RwHBPKwkz2tepjl5w, the playlist id is **U Ujb7u5RwHBPKwkz2tepjl5w **( the first two letters of the id changes from UC to UU)

Click “Save changes” Scroll up and click on Update in the right column

Uploading images, music and other files

Log into your website admin panel and click Media > Add New.

From here you can drag and drop (or select) any image, audio, or other file to upload it to your site’s media library, where it’s available to use on any page.

Editing pages

Log into your website admin panel.
Hover over the page you want to edit to reveal the menu, then click Edit.
Scroll to the section you want to change, hover over it, and click the pencil icon.
Make your edits in the popup window and click Save Changes.
Scroll up and click Update in the right column to publish your changes.

I can't access my website

“Can’t access my website” usually means one of two different things — here’s how to tell which one you’re dealing with.

Your site shows “This site is not available at this time. Are you the site owner?”

This isn’t a technical outage — it’s what a paused site looks like to visitors. It means your subscription has expired or a recent payment failed, and your site was automatically paused until that’s resolved. Update your card or contact us to reactivate — your site comes back the same day, no rebuild needed.

You’re on the admin login page and your password isn’t being accepted

Go to your site’s admin login page and click Lost your password? to reset it. If you reset it and still can’t get in, check whether your site is actually showing the paused message above first — a lapsed subscription can look like a login problem when it’s really the same billing issue.

If what you bought was an ebook or other instant-download product, none of this applies — those don’t come with a website or login at all; your file was attached to your order confirmation email.

Editing your autoresponder emails

Log into your newsletter app and, in the left-hand menu, click Campaigns > Autoresponders.
Find the email you want to edit, then scroll right.
Click Pause and wait for the screen to refresh.
Click Edit.
Click Template.
Edit the email content as you’d like.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save and next.
On the next screen, click Save and activate to turn the autoresponder back on.

How do I setup a custom domain name?

Yes — you can use a custom domain with your MusicProSite website. If you don’t already own the domain, you’ll need to buy one from a domain registrar first; we recommend Namecheap.

To point your domain at your site, update its nameserver (NS) records to:

ns1.musicprosite.com
ns2.musicprosite.com

Your registrar’s support team can walk you through changing nameservers if you’re not sure how. Once that’s done, email domains@musicprosite.com and include your new website URL — we’ll take it from there.

Can I install my own plugins?

No — our Site Builder platform already includes custom plugins built specifically for your music marketing funnel, plus a premium theme and a curated set of premium plugins chosen to cover what most indie musicians actually need. We handle all the licensing and updates for you.

To keep everything compatible and stable, we don’t allow installing outside plugins. If there’s a feature or plugin you need that we don’t currently offer, email techsupport@artistpr.com with your request and we’ll take a look.

PayPal API Credentials

To generate your PayPal API credentials:

Log in to your PayPal account.
In the top right corner, hover over your name and click Account Settings.
Look for API access and click Update.
Scroll down to NVP/SOAP API integration and click Manage API Credentials.
If this is your first time creating API credentials, complete the API Credential Request form.
Once created, you’ll see a View API Signature option under NVP/SOAP API integration — click it, then click each Show link to reveal your API username, API password, and signature.

Then, to enable Instant Payment Notifications (IPN):

Hover over your name in the top right corner again and click Account Settings.
On the left menu, click Website payments.
Look for Instant payment notifications and click Update.
Select Receive IPN messages (Enabled).
Enter your notification URL: https://[your_username].musicprosite.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal (replace [your_username] with your actual site username).
Click Save.

If any of these menu labels have moved in PayPal’s dashboard since this was written, the underlying settings (API access, NVP/SOAP credentials, IPN) are still the ones to look for — contact us if you can’t locate them.
