I get an error when I try to submit my questionnaire

Your press release can’t move to writing until the questionnaire goes through successfully, so it’s worth fixing this rather than giving up on the form. The two most common causes:

A required field was left blank. Scroll back through your answers and make sure every required question has a response.
Emojis or special characters in your answers. Review your responses and remove any emojis, curly quotes, or unusual symbols, then resubmit.

If you’ve checked both of those and the form still won’t submit, contact us with a screenshot of the error and we’ll get it sorted out directly.

Where can I find the questionnaire?

The questionnaire is the single most important step in your order — your writer can’t start on your press release (or artist bio, or other Done-For-You order) until we have your responses. If you’ve paid but nothing seems to be happening, this is almost always why.

To find it:

Go to portal.artistpr.com, enter the email you used to order, and click Send me the link — we’ll email you a one-click sign-in link (no password needed).
Once you’re in, you’ll see a list of your Done-For-You orders.
Look for the button that says ACTION REQUIRED next to your order, and click it to open the questionnaire.
