How do I submit my music to radio and press?

The way to get radio stations, music blogs, and press outlets to cover you isn’t submitting directly to each one — it’s a press release, which we distribute on your behalf to our network of media contacts.

As a Premium Member, you can submit a self-written press release for approval once a month at no extra cost. If it’s approved, we publish it on our website and send it out in an email blast to our industry contacts (no report is provided with this option).

How can I sign up for an account?

To sign up for Premium Membership, visit lp.artistpr.com/premium-membership.

Once you’re signed up, you won’t need a password to log back in — just go to studio.artistpr.com/quick-start, enter the email you signed up with, and we’ll email you a one-click sign-in link.

I canceled my subscription before the end of my trial period, but I was still charged.

Your card is charged automatically at the end of your trial period, and then again every billing cycle after that, for as long as your membership is active. If you canceled before your trial ended and were still charged, contact us with your order details and we’ll sort it out.

If you canceled after your trial ended, that charge was for the billing cycle already in progress — you’ll keep full access to your Premium Membership through the end of that cycle.

I can't access the courses

If you’ve recently upgraded your membership and can log in but don’t see any courses, your account permissions likely just need refreshing:

Log in at studio.artistpr.com if you aren’t already.
Go to studio.artistpr.com/account.
In the My Account section, click Check Permissions.

Still not seeing your courses after that? Contact us and we’ll check your account directly.

I lost my username and/or password.

We don’t use passwords anymore — logging in just takes your email address:

Premium Membership: go to studio.artistpr.com/quick-start, enter the email you signed up with, and click Send me the link.
Done-For-You / one-time order (press release, artist bio, and similar orders): go to portal.artistpr.com, enter the email you used to order, and click Send me the link.

Either way, we’ll email you a one-click sign-in link — there’s no username or password to remember or reset.

If what you bought was an ebook or another instant-download product, you don’t need an account or login at all — your download link was included in your order confirmation email.

Never got the email? Check your spam/junk folder first — our emails sometimes land there. If you find one there, whitelist us so future notifications land in your inbox. If there’s still nothing after checking spam, contact us with your order confirmation (or just the name/email you used to order) and we’ll look up your account and get you access directly.

I want to change the URL for my profile / Electronic Press Kit

Go to your profile page and click Edit Profile.
Find the Permalink field near the title and edit it to your preferred URL.
Save your changes — your profile/EPK is now live at the new address.

How long does it take to build my website?

Your website is built in 3 stages:

Main website — once we have everything we need from you, it usually takes about 5 business days to build your main site.
PayPal setup — this part is on your end, so you can accept payments on your site. We’ll email you instructions; it usually takes under an hour to complete.
Printful integration — after your website is built, we create your Printful account and add your product templates to your store. This can take up to 10 business days.

If you’re happy with your current website, we recommend going through the Music Selling Machine course and following the DIY guides to add a marketing funnel and newsletter opt-in to your existing site.

If you’re not happy with your current site, let our team build you a new one — contact us to get started. After the initial build, you can purchase a custom development package to transfer content over from your old website. If your old site runs on WordPress, we’ll import the content using WordPress’s built-in import tool at no extra charge.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Premium Membership, submit a request at studio.artistpr.com/cancellation-request. Canceling stops future billing — you’ll keep full access through the end of your current paid period, not be cut off immediately.

If you’re having trouble accessing your account to submit the request, email cancellations@artistpr.com and we’ll take care of it from there.

We used to also build a Fan Tripwire Upsell page in addition to the Music Membership upsell. We found many artists got stuck at this step — too many decisions, too soon — so we removed it from the default Done-For-You setup to keep things simple. Fan newsletter (autoresponders and lists)

Fan Newsletter 1: fans who subscribe from your website get a free music download, followed by 3 emails promoting your Music Membership product.
Fan Newsletter 2: fans who purchase from your store are automatically subscribed to this list and get 3 follow-up emails promoting your Music Membership product.
Fan Newsletter 3: fans who purchase your Music Membership product are automatically subscribed and get 1 thank-you email.

Automation

A fan already subscribed to one of your newsletters is automatically moved to the correct list based on what they buy.
The opt-in form is built into your website — it appears at the bottom of your pages and on your Fan Magnet page.
When creating new products, you can choose which newsletter (if any) new customers get added to after purchase.

Email

An email account is created for you. Everything sent to that address forwards to you.
