&lt;p&gt;To check it directly:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go to &lt;a href="https://business.facebook.com/billing_hub/accounts" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;business.facebook.com/billing_hub/accounts&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Select the ad account in question and review its payment method and any billing alerts shown there.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If your card was declined, try updating or re-entering your payment method, or adding a backup payment method.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
