I’m the founder of Freestyle Records Inc a digital Hip Hop label in Los Angeles CA. I’m a record producer and freelance recording engineer. I’m a Hip Hop and R&B, and Pop producer.
Talk to us more about your latest release
My latest release is Get To The Money by my artist MULAN V. The single hit the Top 10 in Stockholm Sweden and Dance Radio Amsterdam.
What inspired you to write this release?
My artist was inspired to write the release from her club hosting experience. So when I sent her the finished track she knew right where to take it.
Describe the writing and recording process
I make the beat first and allow my artist to pick what beats inspire their creative flow. After their finished writer to the track, I schedule studio time in my recording and we record the vocals. Once that’s done I mix and master the song.
Any plans to hit the road?
- We are planning a trip to Stockholm Sweden, Amsterdam, and the West Coast this year.
As an indie artist, how do you brand yourself and your music to stand out from the rest of the artists out there?
Right now female rappers are in demand. MULAN V a singer/songwriter and actress has her blind of talent as a rapper who writes her rhymes and as an entrepreneur. Freestyle Records Inc launched her beauty company MULAN V Beauty.com in 2015. So I use all her assets for her brand.

Megan Thee Stallion, Drake, J.Cole The Migos, Chance The Rapper, City Girls, and Lizzo.
Who are your biggest influences?
Barry Gordy Motown, Russell Simmons and Def Jam, J Prince and Rap A Lot. Prince, Michael Jackson, and funk music.
