Tell us about yourself and your music
I am a born again, child of the highest God. My faith, trust, and heart are rooted in Jesus Christ. I have a BA degree in Film and Television Techniques, a Diploma in CAT (Computer Application Technology). Also busy finishing my BA in Animation Designing. In my music, I never went to go study. Everything was self-taught. From an early age, my mother had a keyboard so my older siblings use to joke around it but I took that moment very seriously. In Primary school, I got to learn the C-major and taught my self all the other keys. I believe that my music is God-given with a twist. I sing with Gods power and spirit.
Talk to us more about your latest release
My latest release is Farewell an inspiring song. This is is the pathway to let go of unnecessary thing and to comfort you that God was, will and IS always going to be there.
What inspired you to write this release?
Life happened and so I was inspired to write this masterpiece. Because I had God with me every step of the way and it was so visible.
Describe the writing and recording process
My writing process was based on the story of a guy who asked God. “Why is there two rows of footsteps when it going all good with me. But there’s on a row when I’m in the valley or when it’s going all bad.” So good reply when it’s going good I walk with you but when it’s going bad I’m carrying you through your storm.
And I did it all in my home studio. Recording the vocals and playing simultaneously.
Any plans to release a video?
I already released a video.
Any plans to hit the road?
Not yet but we look into having a Farewell tour.
As an indie artist, how do you brand yourself and your music to stand out from the rest of the artists out there?
I keep it real and as close to the listeners. Making it relatable.
