Tell us about yourself and your music
My name is Tye. I’ve been practicing singing for my youngest age. I’ve always got music notes inside my mind. I’ve always liked to play the piano and create new music with my aunt old recorder radio sets. At this period, I was using recording several kinds of technics to record my music such as tapes to play on the other original former recording. That reminds me all the breath on my first recordings. When I was 13, I decided to integrate the college choir: a great experience to confirm my will to be a soloist artist. Then, I took several singing classes to improve my technic while songwriting by ear.
Music has always inspired my life and helped me to go through. Today, I want to share this power to other people whether it could help someones in return. As an independent artist, I express myself on personal topics that fit with my personality. Singing and songwriting are like my outlet. A place on my own, where I can emphasize and take refuge in my expressivity.
Talk to us more about your latest release
My last release is “Faith.” A spiritual song influenced by gospel music. This song is an allegory of Faith. In this recording, I express myself to my Faith like it was a real friend. This song is a powerful message of hope to help people to never give up, to never lose themselves even if others want you to crumble down.
What inspired you to write this release?
I write this song on 7-days trip to Miami. It has been a very exciting moment in my life but with some difficulties. I remember that melody and those words that circulated like a cycle in my soul. It was as if my mind wanted to express something and it had to come out. A great moment of inspiration with tears.
Any plans to release a video?
I have no plan to release a video but I’m open to propositions. I’m an independent artist 😉
Any plans to hit the road?
At the moment, I write new songs to develop my repertoire but if anyone has any project whatsoever… Anyway, I invite you to discover my musical universe and hope you enjoy it.
As an indie artist, how do you brand yourself and your music to stand out from the rest of the artists out there?
I use several types of tools, such as social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SoundCloud, YouTube). I have a Spotify page

Fans located in Europe and USA (France, UK, Spain, Irlande, Poland, Portugal…)
Tell us about your passions
I love Netflix and their original series such as Atypical, Good Girls, My ex-Girlfriend, Bodyguard … I could spend hours in front of these soap operas with their huge cliffhangers. I like fitness, running, and Yoga. I have a passion for milk chocolate with big hazelnuts: my favorite ones.

I’m currently recording new songs for a new project which’ll release next year. Stay tuned! 😉
