My name is Logan Lovick, I’m a 20-year-old rap/hip hop r&b artist from Minnesota. I strictly only rap about lifestory raps I’ve made about the ups and downs I’ve gone through in life.
Talk to us more about your latest release
Lately, I haven’t released anything very new, I’m working on an album at the moment which will be releasing this summer.
What inspired you to write this release?
what inspired me to write this new upcoming album is from my own dedication and drive. I want to show the world you can do whatever you set your mind to.
Describe the writing and recording process
my writing and recording process is constant. I am always writing and recording new music, mainly only when I’m going through something at the time.
Any plans to release a video?
Yes, I’m planning to release a least a dozen music videos this summer.
Any plans to hit the road?
June 9th @TheGarage in Burnsville doors open at 6:30. Planning to go on tour this summer as well.
As an indie artist, how do you brand yourself and your music to stand out from the rest of the artists out there?
To make myself stand out from other artists I rap all uplifting motivational songs that touch every age range of people. I write all my own songs, I’ve written over 500 songs.
Who have you been listening to lately?
No question my favorite artist is A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. He’s my role model along with michael jackson.
Who are your biggest influences?
Some of my biggest influences are A Boogie, Meek Mill, Logic, and Eminem.
Tell us about your passions
Besides music the other thing that gets me out of bed is money. I’m very motivated to get money and be financially stable in the future.
What else is happening next in your world?
The next thing that’s happening is I’m going to be touring the midwest this year.
