Tell us about yourself and your music
I am a milk-drinking, Navy veteran, Christian Cowboy that is committed to restoring the traditional sounds of Country music. I’ve been told that I’m a throwback to another era of men with strong family values, where we hold doors open for ladies, respect our elders & hold ethics & virtues as true strength of character. my vocals have been compared to Eddie Arnold to Jim Reeves to Jerry Reed, etc in the style & delivery of the iconic tenor-baritones from days past. Over the last 5 years of singing all over the country, fans have told me that’s what they want & miss & that they really do not like the ‘Crap-a-billy’ that’s dominated the country scene too long.
Talk to us more about your latest release
This new album titled, ‘We like our Country…Traditional’ is an impressive collection of all original, never-been-heard before songs, writers & artists who all believe & share in the same goal -to bring back the sounds & stories about people, about their lives we all can identify with, tap our foot or dance to, & maybe sing along with the chorus, all without screaming or saying negative hurtful things about others. I sing a lot of songs about love & love-lost, life’s experiences we may all have shared, & connecting the people to the music is our mission, which we take seriously.
