Talk to us more about your latest release
My latest release was a mixtape paying homage to some of the MC’s who helped influence my style of rap. Also to bring back some of the classic flows and sounds that helped pave the way for artists today.
What inspired you to write this release?
I always listen to the older hip-hop/Rap music to remind me where I cam from and to keep me grounded. I’m in tune with the new music as well but every once in a while I’ll be by myself bumping some old Az or Wu-tang or CNN
Describe the writing and recording process
It didn’t take me long once I hear the beat I quickly know what I’m gonna say or how to approach the beat. However, I did take me time to make sure I did it right .. I’ve been working recording wise so my quality compliments the idea of the project
