1: Artist grants artistpr.com non-exclusive rights to materials. You
grant artistpr.com non exclusive rights to use uploaded materials
throughout the Site free from all fees and royalties. This includes, but is not
limited to sound recordings, audiovisual works of Your vocal or musical
performances, biographical information, likeness, trademarks, trade
names, logo and any other text or material provided by You to artistpr. It is
your responsibility to adhere to copyrights laws as well as checking Your
material for errors, unlawful obscenity and violations. At anytime you
may cease to grant artistpr.com rights to any of your uploaded materials
with a 30 days notice by emailing info@artistpr.com to remove such material.

2: Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any
web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the contest is a
violation of the criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the
Sponsor and Presenters reserve the right to seek damages from any such
participant to fullest extent permitted by law. Artists must be active premium members of artistpr.com to participate in contest. Artistpr.com reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted.

3: This Artist Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you,
the artist or authorized representative of the artist ("You") and
artistpr.com owned by regarding the use and distribution of your materials
through the site artistpr.com and their affiliates (The "Site") and use and
regulation of the Site. The term "You" or "Your" refers to an
individual, representing yourself, or acting as legal representative of a group or
entity, if applicable.

4: In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, artistpr.com
shall make the final determination of eligibility at its own sole discretion.

5: Employees of Artistpr.com, and their affiliated companies,
advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are
ineligible.

6: You shall retain all rights to materials provided by You
hereafter, including copyrights.

7: You affirm that all materials You upload are Your property or You
have express written permission from the owner of those copyrights and
materials. You retain all rights to Your uploaded materials.

8: You acknowledge that artistpr.com offers a free membership with limited access to resource and services. You also aknowledge that if you choose to upgrade your account to a premium membership that you will be billed $2.95 for 5 days then automatically recur at $60.00 a month until you cancel. You can also choose to sign up for $60.00 a month without the $2.95 trial. Both memberships recur at $60.00 a month every 30 days.

9: You can cancel your membership at anytime by emailing support@artistpr.com and someone will contact you promptly
