Artist PR ›› Press Releases ›› MavLo's New Album and Single on iTunes
MavLo, a hip-hop artist from Cleveland, OH is releasing his single “I Don’t Trick,” which is available now for purchase on iTunes. The song “I don’t trick” rekindles the negative connotations associated with tricking and MavLo makes a mockery of the men who pay women for attention, tricking.
Prostitutes and Pimps call their customers “Tricks,” the men who pay for sex. Even now, a lot of rappers talk about “tricking” off on females by buying them things, paying their rent, etc. for a little bit of attention or even sex. Some rappers try to remove the negative stigma of tricking by saying, “it’s not tricking if you got it.” The popular song “Make it rain” by Travis Porter even has a female say, “Make it rain trick” and Travis Porter replies “I’m make it rain,” implying that he is down for paying her to see her dance and possible have sex.
The single, “I Don’t Trick” is being release on the Album “The Decision” and for radio airplay. The single, “I Don’t Trick” is available now along with the full release of “The Decision.”
