CWB, Brazil – May 12, 2018 – As a producer, Rosie Mankato has scaled the mountain and come out on top with music featured on hit series such as One Tree Hill and Freeform’s The Fosters. Now she is ready to do the same with her debut EP, Palomino, out now.

This Brazilian dynamo found herself living in Wisconsin in 2007. The stars were aligned as her band, Rosie and Me, went viral and jump started her career as a producer. From Wisconsin to stages far and wide, Rosie and Me played Hotel Cafe in Hollywood as well as SXSW. After five years she decided to focus on strengthening her own skills as a solo artist. Fast forward to 2018 and Palomino has now arrived.

Experimenting with sounds and synth, Rosie Mankato’s sound dives into everything. The future of pop it plays in between the lines of indie and alternative. She notes of her style, “I’m very inspired by old movies and cartoons. I’m very much a feminine version of Justin Vernon (from Bon Iver), considering I moved to this studio hidden in the woods and got away from my life in urban centers like he did.”
