Almost Awake Drop Debut LP ‘Until Tomorrow’
Heavy Melodic Rock Band from Sin City
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Las Vegas, Nevada – April 29, 2016 – Only a couple of years old, Almost Awake have played with the likes of everyone from The Story So Far to Bayside. Their impressive stage show has made them ones to watch, just as much as their music has. With that said, they just dropped their debut LP, Until Tomorrow. 15 cuts deep, the band believes this record will “take people on a journey.” So prepare for the ride.
Their fans have told them time and time again their music had continued to impact them and that’s what keeps the men and woman of Almost Awake going. When they get comparisons to heavy hitters like Paramore and Pvris, they’re humbled but don’t call them cookie cutter because they’ve got a style all their own that they attribute to their “throwback driving guitar sound.” The guitar on top of their musicianship and songwriting makes them, and Until Tomorrow stand, apart from a lot of the others coming up in their scene.
With none of their members able to buy a drink at the bar, there’s a lot to be said about a group so young – but at the same time so mature in the talent department. They get what they dish out and that’s likely why they’ve landed on stations like Extreme Radio X107.5, Mix 94.1, KASC Blaze Radio and more as well as on stages alongside Saosin, Set It Off and Hit The Lights.
A new album on deck, and a summer ahead of them – Almost Awake is putting the final touches on a new video for “Dead Man Walking,” as well as a tour to keep them on the road until the fall.
