Artist Interview: F. Nitti

Tell us about yourself and your music

First and foremost, thank you for sitting down with me for this interview, I appreciate it…I am known as the hip hop artist from Atlanta called F. Nitti and my music has the formula to take the music game back to realness and real lyricism.

Talk to us more about your latest release

My latest release entitled “Git Loose Wit It” was released mid January via all digital media outlets and has been doing exceptionally well on Spotify and Soundcloud. Its the next chart topper that will have ladies in a frenzy . Its also sky rocketing and gained the interest of Sony Music top A&R, Khao (@khaomusic)

What inspired you to write this release?

The beat was very moving when I first laid ears on it, so it was easy to write to. My comrade Paparazzi Hott came thru the studio unexpectedly and blazed the track with a verse so undeniable to sear in the flavor for this musical contraceptive.

Any plans to release a video?

I do have plans to release a video for Git Loose, I’m just waiting for my producers and videographer to have the final sit-down and finalize everything. I want it to be on point and not to miss a beat. However,I do have plans to do a video for What You Do, but my ideas for that track puts me way over budget.

Any plans to hit the road?

Not as of yet. I want everything to be into perspective first before I start doing tours. It’s good to have your ducks in a row before you leap out into something that’s new to you.

As an indie artist, how do you brand yourself and your music to stand out from the rest of the artists out there?

I don’t sound like the traditional artist of today. I’m more of what you may call a lyricist and it’s hard to break out of my ways of thinking when it comes to hip-hop.

Who have you been listening to lately?

The legends: 8Ball&MJG, UGK, Twista, Outkast, Bone Thugs, 2Pac, T-Pain, Old Jay-Z. I don’t have an artist that I like right now, because everyone sounds the same. Everyone is turnt up and they dont make any sense with their lyrics and I can’t roll like that. I have to make sense.

Tell us about your passions

What gets me out of bed? GOD. Period. My drive to be a better me is always the daily plan. I want to do better than I did the previous day and that’s what I strive for.

What else is happening next in your world?

Nothing really. If it ain’t music, It ain’t shhhhh. Lol

Thanks for an awesome interview, Donnell!
